By accessing or using Pixl Builder (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pixl Builder is an AI-powered website creation platform. You submit a project brief, make a one-time payment, and we build and deliver a production-ready Next.js website. The delivered website's source code is owned by you upon delivery.

3. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if we have not yet begun building your project. Once building commences, no refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future projects.

4. Deliverables and Timeline

We aim to deliver completed projects within 5–10 business days from payment confirmation. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and revision requests. We will communicate any delays via the email address associated with your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the source code of your delivered website. Pixl Builder retains the right to use generic, non-project-specific components, patterns, and tooling. Any content you provide (copy, images, brand assets) remains your property.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Pixl Builder to:

• Build websites for illegal activities or prohibited content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our AI pipeline.
• Abuse the revision process or submit fraudulent briefs.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixl Builder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your specific project.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
